If you think Army Men 3D is like the PC version, a war simulator with little plastic army men.
Your dead wrong, Army Men 3D is an action shooter. And not a bad one at that.
You play as a one soldier army named Sarge, who fights the evil tan army. (I hate those Tan soldiers)
Sarge is on a mission to save the world, and finds weapons like Grenades, Flamethrowers, Machine Guns and Rocket Launchers to kill the Tan Army.
he also can use Tanks, Jeeps, Cargo Trucks & Halftracks.
The control is vary good. Sarge can run, walk, sneak, duck, crawl and dive.
The Graphics are vary good, The Hi-Res world moves and looks great. The movement flows vary well. So if you just want to run around and shoot every thing in sight you can, but you won't last long.
The Tan Army AI can be difficult, These guys aren't stupid.
You run into a fight you'll get your head blown off real fast. So there is a challenge it will take a few tries to pass a level.
Another great feature is the 2-player mode. where your Green soldier hunts down your friends Tan soldier. If you love shooters like MDK or Syphon Filter you might want to give Army Men 3D a try.
If your a big War Simulator fan, Try Command & Conquer (any of them).
