BASS RISE

by Wyatt "JOEDOG" Elliott

The Sony Playstation takes on many trends. For a while it was snow boarding, Supercross is hot now. You may also notice a slight fishing invasion. There has always been fishing games, but now its trendy. The latest to jump into this trend is Bandai. Not a major Playstation game maker. Bandai is more known for their toys such as Power Rangers. However Bandai has made a very good Playstation title called Bass Rise. Great graphics, good game play, and works with the new Fishing rod controller from Agetec.

Bass Rise features graphics from above and underwater. You can see the bass swimming in their natural habitat. These may be only Virtual fish, but they react and look incredibly like the real deal. Bass Rise offers multiple lakes, lures, rods, and characters to choose from. Including hidden surprises for those dedicated fishermen. Compatible with the Dual Analog controller, Bass Rise allows you to feel every tug on the lure the fish make. Bass Rise makes the conversion from rod to controller very smooth.

Bass Rise can be played with up to four players for the ultimate fishing party. Bandai may be fairly new to the Playstation gaming world, but they have put out a very professional game here. Bass Rise will satisfy any virtual anglers needs and cravings. For best performance pick up the fishing rod controller from Agetec. The controller may come with its own fishing title, but you'll have more fun using Agetec's controller with Bandai's game.
