- OPEN ALL SECRETS:
At Edit Skills screen, go to Edit Capsules and edit any characters capsules.
Return to edit skills screen. Hold L2, and enter Skill Shop then exit Skill Shop.
Repeat holding L2 and entering then exiting the Skill Shop,
you'll notice your capsule percent going up.
Keep entering and exiting the shop until you have all 100% and everything will be open.
Note the last 10% will take as much as 50 entering as exiting the shop to go up 1%.
