The Pac is back. In a whole new adventure. This game has three modes. One: a 3D platform adventure, two: 3D maze worlds and three: the original Pac-Man Classic.
In adventure mode. a Evil Villain name Toc-Man (a robot Pac-Man who thinks he's the real Pac)
has kidnaped Pac-Man's family and Pac-man has to save the day! (gee this is original)
The game play plays like they took a little of every other famous platform game plus a little more.
But It copies the game style of Crash Bandicoot the most. Pac-Man can swim, spin dash, butt bounce and much more. This is a great 3D platform and is worth playing. The graphics are done vary well. With awesome colors and effects that can make you laugh or look in awe.
Some of the environment effects are as smooth and unique as Crash & Spyro. The Levels are huge and some are extremely challenging. Like every other platform game, you collect items. Sonic has rings, Crash has apricots, Spyro has gems & Pac-Man has Pellets. (what would you expect?) You can also find power pellets and eat all the ghosts. (yum)
The control holds well with all the moves and action most Platform games share. And in your journey you'll find secrets and add more levels to the 3D Pac-Mazes. The 3D mazes are a lot of fun and can be also vary challenging. (see if you can beat them all in one try) Overall, If you love 3D platform adventures like Crash, Spyro, Gex & Croc. Then I highly recommend Pac-Man World.
