Nintendo GameCube has taken over the undead, Resident Evil is now an exclusive on the GameCube.
And now every RE fan must buy a GameCube if they want to continue to kick zombie butt.
RE may look like a remake of the old classic on the PSX, yes it is and no it isn’t.
The characters, story and weapons for the most part the same.
But there’s now rooms that weren’t there before. New Puzzles to solve, New mystery items. And New monsters to kill.

While all the classics are there, Zombies, Dogs, Hunters, Spiders, Sharks, and the Tyrant.
But new to the game are Crimson Heads and Lisa, Crimson Heads are Zombies that act like Hunters.
In the game when you kill a zombie his body doesn’t disappear, and he come back to life later as a Crimson Head.
They only way they wont become Crimson Heads is if you burn their body or blast their head off.
As for Lisa, She’s a huge Hunchback monster who’s invincible and basically you run if you she her.

Also added are Defense Items, these are weapons that will stun of kill a monster automatically if they get to close.
These include; a Dagger, Stun Gun and Grenades.
Just stuff a grenade in a zombies mouth then run and watch his head go bye-bye.
These are helpful, especially if your low on health.

The graphics are unbelievably good. The game looks better than any other Resident Evil game ever made.
The music is spooky and all the terrifying moments that made RE a classic will still make you jump.
Even the voice acting is a LOT better then the original RE.
All though I do miss the line “Because you Jill, The master of unlocking”.
I never thought they could remake a classic game and make it better, but Capcom has proven me wrong.
This is the reason to buy a GameCube. Resident Evil is on the top of my list as one of the best GameCube games.
