TOMBA! 2

by Jay "THE FLEA" Wade

That crazy pink haired do gooder has returned, IN 3D.
The first Tomba was a adventure game where Tomba was looking for his bracelet which was stolen by a evil pig tribe. This time they have kidnaped his girlfriend.
Tomba must find his Friend plus help any one along the way. (Tomba is vary helpful)

Tomba 1 was all animated in 2D graphics. And Tomba 1 was a great game.
The adventure is bigger then ever in this 3D adventure. Giant maps and all sorts of tasks to preform, some really easy others can be vary puzzling.
There's TONS of little and major tasks to preform. Some Require you to visit past levels to complete. Tomba 2 has all the fun silliness the first Tomba had and more. Added are new characters that help along on Tomba quest. A Monkey (who's a little on the slow side) and a The graphics are far superior from Tomba 1, 3D effects and texture mapping really make the game look great. But some of the character animation could be a little smoother.

Tomba can even find new clothing that add new abilities. A Bird suit, Pig Suit and Squirrel suit to name a few. (Does this remind you of the Super Mario Bros 3?)
The Characters dialog is all real voice acted, and can be a little dumb. But it works in Tomba. The only problem is the they use the same voice actors to play most all the characters. So a lot of the characters sound exactly the same.

The music and sound effect again is a little silly and childish, But again the pink haired weirdo pulls it off. If you loved the first Tomba, Tomba 2 is a must buy. And if you never played Tomba and you like 3D Adventures, definitely try Tomba 2.
