No not the cereal, the game. This game has no calcium added for strong bones. It breaks them. Along with everything else.
Totaled, the latest destruction derby styled game doesn't really offer much new.
Majesto offers this Xbox title with a some brief excitement, but nothing long lasting. Hmm, you might say it's a lot like sex.
Totaled places you in a big arena with about a dozen cars. The object is to, well . . . It's a demolition derby, I think you can pretty much guess what the object is. Okay, that's not fair.

Totaled offers some twists on the cliche. You can play target, where you only earn points for hitting one certain car. However, the car changes throughout the session. It could be anyone in the arena. Even YOU! Oh yeah, that's when the fun starts.

The graphics are good, but miles away from anything Xbox should be producing.
Okay, no biggie. If a games fun, who cares about the bloody graphics.
The control is awesome. I especially like the angle camera that is controlled by the second analog stick, and can be spun around at anytime. Makes for some fun visuals.
The gas and brake being the trigger buttons is kind of a drag, but I can get over that.
I wish programers would realize the Dreamcast is dead, and to stop making games like that. It wasn't comfortable on the Dreamcast, its not comfortable on the Xbox, and its never done on the PlayStation. Hmmmmm. Sony is number one? I wonder why? Alright, that wasn't called for.

Totaled could is a good game that could have been a great game.
Destruction Derby was a good game back in the day. Technolgy has made massive improvements since then. However, a little title called Demolition Racer for the PSone and Dreamcast came out and blew it away. Why you ask? Because it gave you freedom.
It was a regular racing game, with demolition derby style damage. Its was awesome. Being stuck in an arena is fine for a little while, but is limited. Grant ones freedom and your possibilities are endless. You gaing experience soars. Why just crash when you can crash at break neck speeds.
Totaled is not a bad game. Not by a long shot.
I do not want to give the impression that I hate this game. Cause I don't. I did find some amusement in this title.
However, besides a brief life as a party game. I don't foresee hours of enjoyment. Clouded this game's future is.
