I fell Primal Rage has returned under the name of Jurassic Park. But this is far beyond what Primal Rage did. If you hated Primal Rage and think Warpath is the same thing your dead wrong.
Warpath is a fighting game with dinosaurs as the fighters. 14 different dino to play including the Raptor and T-rex. The graphics are beautiful and well detailed.
The animation is well done with hardly any glitches or slow frame rate.
The Dino's move and sound great. with tail, jaw and claw fighting this is by far the best Dino fighting game. (of course there's only two but just the same) The only complaint is the character contact sometimes misses it's mark. You do a grab or bite into your opponents flesh and the animation doesn't connect with the dino's neck, leg, etc.
You can destroy background objects and There's even Compy's and humans running around to much on. Perform combos even when your opponent is on his back. There's even blood and damage in the dino's during a fight. (No fatalities though)
It has many fighting modes like most fighting games. Survival, Versus, Arcade, Team, etc. There's several backgrounds I believe one for every dino. Most look like a area from Jurassic Park and Lost World movies. And if you play on that Dino's stage he does a cool entrance into the stage. (Crashing through trees, breaking through fences, busting through doors, etc.)
There's even a option to learn about the dino's you play. Learn weight, period, evolutionary tree and much more. Overall if you liked Primal Rage (for some unknown reason) then this game will blow you away. If you hated Primal Rage and wanted a good Dinosaur fighting game then I suggest trying Warpath: Jurassic Park.
