ZELDA OCARINA OF TIME

zelda

The long wait is over, Zelda has finally come for the N64. Was it worth all the hype? The answer of course is YES!!! This is the one of the best N64 games available. Link has entered the 3D world and the backgrounds and effects look fantastic. It still has all the action of Zelda and all the great puzzles, Plus new items and secrets. You even get to play Link in two time periods, one as a boy and the other as a young man. It's kind of the same way in Zelda: Link to the Past did with the Dark World, where you travel between times to continue the game. There's several sub quests and secrets to look for that even after you beat the game you'll still be hunting for them all. One of the things I was worried about this Zelda was how many hours of game play are in this adventure, Well from my findings I'd say about 60-100 hours. I still can't believe they fit it all into a cartridge game pak. The bosses in this game again look great and are vary challenging. All the Graphics in Zelda are some of the best I've ever seen in a N64 game. The Analog works vary well when moving Link around Hyrule and the new targeting button is little hard to use at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's no problem. Another new feature is the playing the Fairy Ocarina, Link has to learn new tune to play to open secrets and to continue his mission. So play those tunes every where. This is one game that ALL N64er's must have, or at least play. There hasn't been a game this good for the N64 since GoldenEye 007.
